Our Mission

Our mission is to amplify the voice of Georgia’s Black business community by supporting local chambers through statewide advocacy, strategic partnerships, and shared resources that accelerate economic opportunity.

Our Coalition Across Georgia

The Georgia Coalition of Black Chambers (GCBC) is a non-profit alliance led by Black chambers and business organizations across 10 regions in Georgia.

Together, we focus on business, community, and government initiatives that support the economic development and uplift of historically underserved sectors throughout the state. Through collaborative leadership and advocacy, we create transformational access, economic growth, and opportunities for Black businesses, social enterprises, and non-profit industry associations.

About Us

GCBC exists to make sure Black-owned businesses and organizations across Georgia have the access, support, and advocacy they need to thrive.

We work at the intersection of business, community, and government—connecting chambers, leaders, and partners to drive economic development, influence policy, and open doors to resources and opportunities.

Our number one priority is creating opportunities for our members so they bring value to the marketplace, remain relevant and competitive, and are sustainable for future generations.

What We Do

Business Advocacy

We advocate for legislation and policies that support Black chambers and their members, driving economic growth and removing barriers for Black-owned businesses.

Access to Capital

We build trusted partnerships with banks, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), and other funders to expand capital access and financial readiness for Black entrepreneurs.

Programs & Networking

We connect members to high-impact networking events, workshops, and programs that create relationships, visibility, and opportunities across all 12 regions.

We invest in preparing future leaders, strengthening community institutions, and fostering safe, economically vibrant communities where Black businesses can thrive.

The Georgia Blackprint: The Prosperity Convening (Aug 31–Sept 1, 2026)

Join leaders, entrepreneurs, elected officials and changemakers from across Georgia for two powerful days of strategic sessions, partnerships and actionable solutions designed to advance Black business and build Black prosperity.

Youth Empowerment Session (Aug 30th, 2026)

Young leaders from across Georgia will come together to share bold ideas and real solutions for a more prosperous Georgia. OUR VOICES. OUR SOLUTIONS. OUR GEORGIA. Young people have important ideas about the future of their communities and the State of Georgia. The Youth Empowerment Session will bring young leaders from across the state together to share their voices, identify community concerns, and offer bold ideas and practical solutions for a more prosperous Georgia. Participants will have an opportunity to: • Speak up about issues that matter to them • Share ideas that can create positive change • Connect and lead with other young people • Help shape solutions for stronger communities • Inspire Georgia’s future Share your ideas. Shape your future. Build a better Georgia. There is no charge to attend, and the session is open to all youth. Black Excellence Pickleball Open (Aug 30th, 2026)

Celebrate community, wellness and Black excellence on the court at the Georgia Blackprint Black Excellence Pickleball Open. Registration is $40 and includes a shirt, snacks and prizes.

Black Excellence Golf Play (Aug 30th, 2026)
